Legacy Yard Humanitarian Foundation (LYHF) supports underserved children and communities across Nigeria through educational sponsorship, youth empowerment, and partnerships with grassroots charities.
Legacy Yard Humanitarian Foundation was founded in June 2025. We are committed to building an equal and passionate community by providing educational sponsorship, essential resources, and development opportunities that empower individuals and create lasting positive change.
A community where equality, compassion, and opportunity empower every individual to reach their full potential.
LYHF empowers underserved children and communities, starting with educational sponsorship, and is growing to support youth empowerment, community development, and partner charities in building lasting, positive change.
We give underserved children full educational sponsorship, school resources, and support, so they can learn and grow without financial barriers.
We equip young people with the skills, mentorship, and opportunities they need to build a better future for themselves and their communities.
We provide essential resources and development support to communities facing hardship, helping to close the gap in access and opportunity.
We sponsor and collaborate with other charities and grassroots organisations, extending our impact and strengthening the wider humanitarian sector.
2026
The Paidia project included the sponsorship of 5 pupils from Methodist Primary School, Oke Eletu, in Ikorodu, Lagos State.
We also gave LYHF exercise books to school pupils. Every book has a multiplication table and a unit-conversion chart on the back, so children have these tools in every lesson.
The school thanked us with a Certificate of Commendation, signed by the School Manager on 24 September 2026.
2025
The Charis project took us to Divine Heritage Children's Centre in Ikorodu, Lagos State. Our team visited the centre, spent time with the children, and gave donations of food and other items.
The centre's director sent us a letter of appreciation, dated 26 October 2025, for our visits and our support.
Our exercise books are part of our education work. They carry the LYHF name on the cover and useful reference tables inside, so every page of schoolwork is also a lesson.
With your help, we can make a difference in the lives of those who need it most. You can support LYHF with donations, school supplies, or your time.
